It’s been an honor to serve our neighborhoods over the past couple years—and there’s more work to do!

As someone who loves living, working, and raising a family in this city, I’m running for re-election to continue representing District 4 with care and commitment.
My priorities remain the same:
Affordable Homes: I will always promote policies and actions that create more kinds of affordable places to live on every Boise budget, ensuring that every generation can live and grow in Boise. Last year, we approved one of the largest mixed-use neighborhoods Boise has seen in years—designed to align with our new Modern Zoning Code so more families can grow and thrive here.
Safe Streets: With multiple more tragedies in our neighborhoods this past couple of years, it’s more important than ever that we enhance transportation options and invest in safe infrastructure across our city, and my priority will be to make all of Southeast Boise connected with busable, walkable and bikeable streets.
Natural Resources: Our quality of life depends on protecting and preserving our precious natural resources. I will always support initiatives to keep our open space protected, our parks abundant, our air clean, and our water conserved like approving the water recycling facility in Southeast Boise and supporting the 2025 Open Space Levy.
Childcare: As a parent who knows that childcare is essential for the success and health of everyone, I will support every effort to keep childcare options accessible, affordable, and abundant for Boise families. Last year we created a property tax rebate for small in-home childcare facilities to encourage and support the scaling of these facilities. Unfortunately, subsequent state legislation removed cities from involvement in childcare but we’ll continue to advocate for more abundant options for Boise families.
proven accessibility:
With historically limited representation on the Boise City Council, I’ve made it a priority to meet Southeast Boise and the Vista Bench neighbors where they are—by being accessible, responsive, and deeply engaged in our community. I’ve shown up by attending Neighborhood Association meetings, responding to messages and emails, and knocking doors to listen directly to your questions, concerns, and ideas.
The thoughtful feedback I’ve received has helped shape a better Boise and reflects one of our city’s core values: there’s nothing we can’t do better.
Though this is considered a part-time role, I’ve remained fully committed—balancing council responsibilities with family, professional, and church commitments—because our neighborhoods deserve nothing less.
